I’ve been using these for over a decade. They’re my favorite so far as flavor, value, and dosage. Though judging the effectiveness of supplements is difficult with anecdotal evidence only, I think that I see a marginal improvement in myself while using these. They dissolve slowly, and well under my tongue, and are a part of my daily morning routine.

I work from home 8 hours a day and take care of my elderly mom . I was having to push myself through the day, did not feel like doing anything.
