Very reliable pizza ovens.
I have two of these. They are very durable. I have used them commercially for 13 years. Two issues if you are making a lot of pizzas; the top burner is not sufficient to keep the stone hot enough in the center to cook the pizza through as each dough sucks some heat out of the stone. The burner is a square that sits about two inches in and no heat in the middle. If the demand is less, the recovery time is sufficient. I replaced the burner with one that wraps into the center. This improved the bake. Another problem was that the internal wire nuts were plastic. These eventually melted. I replaced them with ceramic nuts and the problem was solved. I bought mine new in 2004 and paid about $900 each.
