Very good for Zoom and video
I have. used several mics, lots of 58s and 57s, Neumann in a studio, and am kind of picky. I returned a Maranz 1000 usb mic, and an AKG 220, before trying this mic. At first I thought the styling was trite, and a gimmick, so I hadn't looked at it seriously. But I am very pleased with the tone, convenience, sensitivity, and the USB converter. The pre-amp does distort at 120, so talking loud directly into the mic at close proximity does distort it, but the sound at 12 -24 inches away is very, very good. Not $5000 good, but very good. I don't mean just good for the price. My friends tell me it sounds great in actual use.
