I am pleased to write that the product is beginning to help my ear problem, it's taking me a few weeks with added patience waiting for the ear wax to soften, I continue to use the product and have received relief, ear wax is softening, my ear is not so blocked, my hearing is improving! To aid the process of removing the softened ear wax I also use a 20ml irrigation syringe filled with sterilized warm water that has been firstly boiled, then I leave the boiled-sterilized water to cool right down so it reaches room temperature before USING! This has helped me to painlessly flush out the softened ear wax. I would buy again from this seller in the future. Thank you to the seller also to Amazon for the 100% all round service given! J'avais une inflammation liée à un dépôt de cire type boule quies, ça faisait des mois que ct douloureux au toucher, je n'y croyais donc pas tellement mais ça s'est résolu après 3-4 jours d'application !
