If this stuff doesn't work, nothing will!
By far the BEST vinyl cleaner I've used on our boat we've had for 20 years. We bought the boat new and I have tried every vinyl cleaner out there. This is by far the best product.

Softens the vinyl to accept vinyl paint more effectively. Works well but highly toxic fumes. You need more then a basic paint mask to protect lungs. Definitely not a product to use indoors.
