so simple and works great
This is a great little product. I am elderly and I always have such a hard time opening tops of screw on bottles of drinks and opening pull tops on cans of tuna. Let me tell you this little gadget is amazing. I am not the least bit surprised. I am glad Amazon has the Japan store. I sure miss shopping at Japanese stores in Hawaii. They always make great products and keep things simple. I love that....It has a magnet backing that you can stick on your fridge. I love everything about it. It works like it says it does.

Metal teeth give superior performance over other brands
It took forever to receive and more expensive than other brands but worth it. The metal teeth design grips plastic bottle caps much better than other products I’ve tried. It requires a certain angle to open can tabs, which took me a minute to figure out. I love the magnets and keep it on my fridge for easy access. Obviously a right handed gadget and I’m a left-handed person but still love it over others I’ve tried.

NOT A "JAR" OPENER!!!
This cannot open even a small jelly jar as it is TOO SMALL and should not be advertised as a "jar opener". I probably should have read the complete description as the measurements are noted, but I read "JAR" opener and figured I could at least open a small pickle "JAR". I have lived in Japan, where this is manufactured. As it can only open bottles if soda or juice, it would not be a "JAR" opener over there either. If all you want is to open a bottle if apple juice or a 2 liter bottle, then this us for you. But, if you want to open a "Jar" of anything, I would look somewhere else because this won't help you! I wasted $11 on a magnet to put on my refrigerator

Cheap
Was hard to use did not grip the bottle cap to twist and open. Had a different brand for years. It was a dream to use. This brand is a nightmare. Finally used a nut cracker to open
