I have used lots of Valerian root supplements over the years. This has been the best one ever. There is no smell like others and you only have to take one. The capsules are smaller than others I have had. Not having to take 3 giant capsules is awesome.

I use this for occasional sleeplessness on nights when I can’t shut my brain off. It seems to have a better calming effect than any other brand I have tried. I haven’t had any side effects yet and don’t expect any. Most valerian root capsules I have used really stink. These don’t.

I was very disappointed in the product performance , I seem to be waking up after a couple hours and tossing and turning all night. I should’ve spent the extra $6 or so dollars on the Nutricost brand I’m used to and sleep much better with. Lesson learned.
