Wouldn’t update or come on.
Could never get them to work. Tried several times to update and they just would not update or even turn on.

Fails to satisfy minimum reasonable performance standards
Earbuds that cost this much should work out of the box. Sadly, these do not, and even if one can get them to work, such victory is short-lived. Count on losing sound front he left bud repeatedly - all you have to do is replace the earbud in the cradle, reset it, plug it into a computer, and, eventually, sound returns. Of course, this solution is USELESS at the gym and even more pathetically pointless while running a half marathon. Overall: One of the worst experiences I have ever had with consumer electronics.Bragi apparently has given up on fixing its software - including the wizard for updating firmware in this device and acknowledges that manual updating and laborious and multiple factory-default resets are necessary. Dealing with customer service is an exercise in futility and European disdain: they genuinely do not seem to care. In the course of returning a defective unit for a replacement, I was repeatedly lied to about delivery date that wound up extending the process MONTHS. Not days - MONTHS.When - or rather IF - these earbuds work, the sound quality is decent, and Bragi seems to have fixed the truly absurd and pathetic Bluetooth deficiencies in the prior model. Sadly, this unit remains a profound ripoff. Caveat emptor - or, even better, skip buying this item completely.

Meh
Not worth the price. Music sounds flat, but isn't bad. Needs more base. Can get better music audio from a $60 headphones. They fit well, although they go into the ear, which just makes it uncomfortable to have on for a while. But not terrible. They also have a CONSTANT static sound, for some reason. Whether you're having it do something or not.People say hearing me sounds like I'm talking through a bag on a phone call. But it was in a public place.Gestures haven't worked for me yet (like nodding head for answer calls). I've only had it for a few hours so I haven't tried the activity. It's nice to be wireless. But is it even the same experience? No. If they got sound just as good as some $150 headphones, with none of this other stuff like activity tracking, I would give it five stars. They didn't blow me away with any one thing, everything was average. Probably better than most out there. They look pretty, yes. But not worth replacing a wired headphone, unless you aggressively hate wires. They are going in the right direct, with good design... But for the price... It just doesn't make sense. If it was great at even just music, I would keep them.

Imperfect But Perfect For Me
It's awkward to give an imperfect product 5 stars, but I love these. One reason is that I never knew about the Kickstarter, so I didn't have years of built-up high expectations. The other's because the features I need to work, work.My core reason for this purchase was the touch controls, design and size. I have the Parrot Zik with touch controls. After being able to switch songs and turn the volume up and down by swiping on an ear control, there's no going back. I couldn't believe it when I read about these having those same controls in a more compact device. So with that in mind, these actually exceed my expectations because they also include voice feedback and are water resistant. I have not used my Zik headpones since despite their superior sound.I don't need nor want music blasting in my ears, so with the transparency off and the volume at max, the Dash works fine for me. I'd liken it to the Zik's medium volume at its highest. That's fine with me. Audiophiles probably would not be satisfied with that. The negatives so far for me are that the left one has stopped working, then come back on its own; The app is almost impossible to connect even when the Dash is linked to the phone; They can/will fall out leaving you with an expensive loss. So wear the right sleeve. I personally re-adjust them even when I don't have to because once, one fell under a parked truck (whew) when it didn't even feel loose. But none of those are deal breakers for me. This is a first generation product. Bragi's error is promising the world before being able to deliver (sounds political). Some are forgiving like me because I don't need those extra features like heart rate monitoring. Others want what they were promised and paid for. I understand that. It should've been promoted with fewer features, letting people know that additional functionality via firmware updates would come soon.I however commend the Bragi Dash team. They've made an amazing, unique product and I love it.

A work in progress and that has hope
I originally hated the headphones. I read the reviews I've still decided to take a chance on This set. Hey I had a great results with the Mars speaker may be I'll get lucky. Well before the latest update nothing worked or had any reliability. Being an audiophile person I figured that if they sounded great I can put out with the other issues. After searching YouTube and finding some helpful hints to improve the performance I was still left wanting. Three things I look for in a high end earbuds great sounds great reliability great functionality. Well after the update The mic has GREATLY improved and the music drivers have seem to broken in nicely. However reliability to Bluetooth connection is still work in progress and the audio volume is too low even for a grandpa.🤔 I will give them credit for doing the update and realizing that they are pioneer of the technology. Expectations and hopes of this product have not yet met with the hype of this product. Fair or unfair the bragi dash and the Erin's were the flag bearers for the technology of wearables. Other companies will learn from their mistakes. I have High hopes you can get this done however, the reviews on YouTube are killing you. I guess the biggest question you have to ask yourself as a company while customers come back for bragi number 2.

Very low quality - they will go malfunction in no time
First of all: do NOT waste your money if you are not a swimmer. I only bought Dash Pro for what they were advertised, i.e., being waterproof. This is, however, only partly true, since my left earpiece suffered water damage because of... heavy rain! It went completely malfunction after just two months of use subsequently. I do not dive, I swim freestyle and do not spend more than 30 min in water. That is it.Sound: well, it definitely cannot compete with Sennheiser, AKG, Bose, etc. The sounds are comparable to a low-end Sony in-ear that can be purchased for 13 CAD.Functions: a lot of unnecessary functions like activity detector, heart rate, - who needs this? If you are into endurance sports, you probably have a nice GPS watch that tracks all your activity way better. The earpiece cannot be turned off! Yes, you heard me right, it will stay on all the time and drain the battery, so you better take your charging case with you if you are going somewhere for a day.It has a lot of bugs, it can easily lose the bluetooth connection for no reason or one earpiece can just randomly turn off.Warranty: these guys are a startup from Germany. Good luck waiting for a replacement. Conclusion: this will cost you about 500 CAD taxes included, if you have a lot of money and want something you can swim with for a few weeks before it dies, then go for it. 500 CAD is more expensive than high end brands of in-ear true wireless headphones: Onkyo, Bang & Olufsen cost less.

Battery health/longevity is really crap.
Not going to lie, these were the best headphones I've ever bought. I loved them so much I even bought a second pair to use while the original are charging. I used them near constantly, from waking up and in the shower, to falling asleep to a podcast in bed. These are great headphones. The problem is with the batteries, and yes I know there are only certain amounts of charging cycles you can get out of a battery, etc. but these went dead on me within a year, wouldn't even hold a charge for 10 minutes after a year, and it slowly lessened and lessened while it got to that point. That's about 365 charges per pair (a charge each per day), and then they basically died.I also owned the orginal Dash (not the pros), which had other problems (and not worth buying imo), but the battery has been charged just as much, probably even triple the amount of times, and still functions for about an hour and a half before complaining the batteries are low.Just wanted to let you know because these are expensive headphones, and they're fantastic, but you'll need to replace them each year, which makes them REALLY expensive headphones....

Needs some adjustments from Bragi
I own the Jabra elite sport and the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earbuds. The sound on these don't even come close to the my two other earbuds. They need to find a way to adjust the settings in the next update. Product quality and presentation is truly amazing. They feel premium and look amazing and have a low profile on the ears. On a side not I was not able to charge them on my USB hub. It took me 6 hrs to realize this. You need to charge them with your laptop.

very disappointed
I'm a bit speechless, because I just bought the Bragi The dash pro for $ 400, and I couldn't tell how I am top of my purchase, first the announcement said they will be white and they are black, deuximent he speaks of a strap which is included and it e was not the... third fit perfect for my ears is small and I find myself with two small for the right side, fourth the maximum volume is not sufficient, it has an app for my iPhone I downloaded connection problem, same After three re-initiations... before these I bought on Amazon a set of speakers wireless $ 30 I would like to tell you that the whole has $ 30 is worst my unfortunately I prefer my Bluetooth a $ 30 kit, sorry Bragi you don't deliver not the goods, unless, of course, I fell on a lemon on Friday afternoon... I think the returned!
