Q: Did everyone receive one or two? The description does not say. I ordered this and got one. $23 seems pretty steep for just one.

I actually got two sets of wraps (4 wraps) when I asked for two on the quantity, I returned a set. When I tried to purchase them through Amazon, I ended up at a supplier website. I ordered through them. A weightlifting website, I can't recall the name. This was in 2011.

Yes, although the smaller the wrist the more you have to wrap around making it thicker.
