Soldering copper pipes
I used this to solder an outside faucet. One of the pipes connected to the faucet came apart at the solder due to the freezing weather. I did as the instructions said by sanding the pipe and connector. Next, I put the liquid solder inside the connector and on the pipe. I then gently tapped them together. I waited over an hour before turning the water and over a day before allow full pressure. To my amazement, they so far have held together. I did add a little more of the liquid solder than was recommended.

I have used the product for 3 months now and it showed no signed of failure, hot or cold
I wouldnt beleive it until I try it . I put it to the test and put the copper lock on two connections and tried to break them apart with pipe wrenches after 15 minutes and couldnt

Great Product for homeowner pluming jobs
I used this product to install a baseboard radiator with 3/4" copper pipe and followed the instructions. It worked perfectly! I used a copper pipe cutter and 80 grit sanding cloth for the pipes. The product is a bit runny, which was actually helpful for connecting to a pipe inside the wall. I used SharkBite caps to seal the ends and pressure test the system for leaks before installing drywall. I was thrilled to avoid soldering the pipes. I’ll update you on its performance after the heating season.P.S. If you need to disassemble the joints, have two grip lock pliers ready to turn the pipe and break the seal. You’ll need to re-sand the pipes and start again.I hope this review helps!

Horrible experience
Followed the directions to a T tried on multiple applications did exactly what the direction said, and still had leaks completely dissatisfied with this product and a little aggravated since I really don’t know how to solder returning empty bottle hoping for a refund. Don’t waste your time and money like I did and still have to figure out how to seal it the leaks.

Probably, just not for my job
Based on opinion. I believe this product would work in most cases. Cases that the joint would never have any considerable force upon it. I used it on a shower elbow. It held only for a short time each time. But because I believe it would work much better than any other circumstance but did not work for my particular job. I gave it the three star

This, this is revolutionary.
This soldering liquid is the boss! My basement lock off started leaking and I had to change the whole thing to a more modern valve, the piping is copper, instead of buying soldering equipment I got this for a fraction of the cost, and it is superior in performance, saving time, money, and above them both, no risk of burning anything.
