This is one heavy duty chair! The shipping box was appropriately marked as heavy, which helped me know this would be a good quality chair! I also appreciated that there was not just a box inside of a box as I am one to hate excess packaging. This was perfectly packaged where everything was bundled safely. Don't be alarmed with the amount of pieces as the instruction guide makes it very clear on how to put the chair together quickly and easily. Once assembled, I was able to finally try yhe chair out and am very pleased woth how comfortable it is! These days, I spend much more time sitting at my computer and this chair makes it way easier to do so. The headrest is adjustable for height and the chair also reclines. There is plenty of supprt as well and after using it a full week, I have no pains or discomfort ad I did with my last chair. This chair definitely is worth it!

I have chronic pain due to upper cervical spine issues. Stenosis, bulging discs, carpal tunnel, and a jaw issue that I feel is Ernest syndrome-undiagnosed on that end, but the rest showed on MRI. Anyway...We bought a Herman Miller Aeron-that chair is over a thousand dollars new. It didn't fit to my body or provide any support. My husband had bought this chair for himself, along with the arm pads. I sat in it once and said "This chair is mine!". I now have one for home and office work. I work from home half time so I wanted one at each location. My pain is soooo much better with the right neck and arm support. The adjustable arms are a true lifesaver. This chair fits me like a glove. I am a short stout woman so keep that in mind. I could kiss this chair is how much I love it!

As other users have pointed out, the holes that you screw the included screws into are misaligned. Took me about 3 hours to put this chair together because I thought I was doing something wrong but no the holes were just misaligned.That being said, if you can get it assembled then this is a great chair and has been working well for me while I WFH.

Very satisfied with the quality of this chair. Easy to assemble, great looking, and very supportive and comfortable. Bought to replace my previous office chair which was not suited to a 9 hour per day work from home schedule. This chair is comfortable for 9 plus hours per day. Great lumbar support, great head and neck support. The adjustable arm rests are perfect (although I did reverse the arms in order to sit closer to my desk). Zero complaints.

I'm 6'3" and this chair fits me nicely. The lumbar support is a bit aggressive and I wish it was adjustable. The tilt limiter can be difficult to reach, and it takes a lot of effort to increase it to an amount that matters. The right arm of my chair moves a little more than the left despite them both being tightened down. But the mesh is comfy and not too scratchy, the headrest is alright, and the price is great.

Heavy duty chair, i'm 6'3" and 280 pounds, and i feel in clouds, i can rest mi head finally with this chair, affordable price, i spent like 3 hours seated working and not tired at all.The bad some issues with the arm rest, i struggle a little bit mounting them, other than that it would be a 5 star chair for me

The chair hurts my butt to sit on for more than 30 minutes. The arms are impossible to assemble on the chair without modification as the slots on the arms do not line up with the holes where the bolts attach them to the chair. Only two bolts will fit. Would not buy again.

I weigh over 300 lbs. this home office chair is more comfortable than the $1000 one at my office. Easy to assemble and very comfortable even for long work days. And arms are adjustable for plus size people. Highly recommend.
