STEM for kids
Not a bad in home activity. One of the solar panels didn't work. But kept son occupied and engaged in something productive. Forgot to snap a picture 📸...I've done 2 out of the 4 activities so far

Easy assembly - good little cars
Bought to assist for my son’s science fair project. We put together a battery powered car and a solar powered. Pretty easy to assemble and cars worked great. Not a ton of instruction for all of the types of cars you can build with the kit.

Decent kit, not outstanding and for the price a little limited
Not bad for a solar kit, but for the price at least one should have had the feedback circuit to include a rechargeable battery.

Good kit to illustrate energy conversions
I bought this kit for my child's science class and would recommend the product. The models were straightforward to assemble (for me), but my 10 year old needed quite a bit of assistance in putting the pieces together. All models worked well, the size of the models made them easy to handle, there was variety in the models to help understand energy conversions from solar to electrical and electrical to motion, chemical energy to electrical, electrical to motion and wind to motion. The solar buggy also helped in illustrating how the drive mechanism in a car works. It was a lot of fun putting the models together. My child enjoyed playing with the models and learning about energy conversions.

Good
This was a fun protect! My daughter has been interested in solar panels for a love time now. She had a bit of a hard time with a few aspects but she is almost 5 years old. We helped with the project and were able to complete it with ease!

"Solar Power..." is false advertising
Purchased for my son to build and present in class for his school science project. I helped him build the 4 items and found that the solar cells dont work. We plugged the motor into the battery back used by the engine and the fan powered car and the motor's all work. I took the solar cells outside in Arizona and still does not provide enough power (if its providing any) to the motor to spin. i was expecting it to spin slowly at least so he can showcase "Solar Energy" but it does not. Cant return since i threw out the original packaging. I would not recommend this.
