The outside wooden shell came as mentioned however the assembly instructions are lacking and the support wooden beams are NOT like the instruction manual while they should be perpendicularly opposite to each other they all came in the same orientation, plus they aren’t perfectly aligned! And the screws were all the same length and shape contradicting the instructions manual!The screw that should connect both inner beams just bulges out on the other side.Closing the last piece was hectic! The box didn’t want to shut due to the beams misaligned slightly taller length, that caused one of the sides to not screw properly and the screw eventually lost its traction and tight fitting to the wood, so I had to drill beside it 2 extra screws to secure that side. Eventually with a lot of DYI I managed to put everything together, it seems solid now, however with the misaligned inner support beams I’m not sure how long will this last.My advice save your money unless you are on a budget and willing to invest your time to figure the shortcomings of this product. Not recommend at all UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO DYI AND MAKE IT WORK.

Great little box, but assembly is made very difficult by the hardness of the wood. The screws will not make their own hole with only an allen key to turn them. I found I had to get a cordless drill and drill pilot holes for every screw included. Box is now built but not until after injuring my index finger trying to tighten the screws with the included allen key.

Seems to be well enough made. Lots of screws to install. I was worried about the wood splitting so I drilled some pilot holes and used a drill to install the many many screws. The instructions are 100% useless. Just a couple of small pictures and no mention of the center bracing.

The potential is there but the design and quality are really lacking. The instructions are utterly useless but luckily it's just a box which is pretty self explanatory to assemble. The inner support pieces didn't match the diagrams and I'm pretty sure one was built incorrectly. The fasteners are Allen drive for some reason and the size is tiny so good luck screwing all the screws in with a flimsy little Allen wrench. On top of that there are no pilot holes. Do yourself a favor and either drill yourself some pilot holes, buy separate fasteners which you can use with a drill/impact driver, or just don't buy this product.The finish on the wood is nice enough and the height labelling is also fine but that's about all the positive I can say about the product.

Review for two different boxes... the 12/14/16 inch box is smooth, the writing is in a good contrast to the light colored box, no pre drilled holes for the screws. 4/5 starsThe 16/20/24 inch box is rough to the touch, visibility of the writing is hard because it's faded and the box is dark, but the holes where pre drilled 2.5/5 stars

Ordered two 16x20x24 a couple weeks apart. First box arrived Dec 2. The first box internal support beam was missing three drill holes. Okay, fine. Couple sides look like they have cosmetic water damage (see photo). Once assembled, about half the edges aren't smooth flush, off about a millimeter or two (see photo).Second box arrived Dec 18. Missing 36 drill holes. Only the outer sides had drill holes, but missing all the pilot holes on the inner edges. Also, I now realize the first box dimensions are off. The actual measured dimensions are 15.625 x 19.625 x 23.5. The second box seemed to be true to size, but missing drill holes. I returned the second box for a replacement. Ideally, the replacement box will match the "off" dimensions of the first box, as sad as that is.
