Needful to improve digestion

20 years ago I had some gall bladder problems when I was pregnant. It was an uncomfortable surprise to learn how painful the gall bladder can be when eating the wrong foods - especially fatty foods like cheese, marbled meat and even drinking alcohol. A hospital visit was how I found out about gall stones. I avoided fatty foods that would trigger the extreme discomfort with quite a bit of success. Now in my late 50's, I decided to lose some weight to keep all my numbers on the healthy side. I eat healthy choices and felt that I could lose weight pretty successfully if I adjusted my portions and would try intermittent fasting. I began to listen to hypnosis clips for weightloss ( this one is one of my favorites and got me started on weight loss: [...]) that I found free on the internet. They worked well - I had noticeable decrease in my cravings and was uninterested in eating for longer periods of time. I found that "intermittent fasting" was working and I dropped 8 pounds pretty quickly. HOWEVER. However, I began to experience gall bladder pain once again. It felt like fat was being dumped into my system and those old feelings of nausea and feeling toxic levels of fat overwhelming my gall bladder were again present. I read up on fatty liver and gall stones and other articles about fat metabolism and de fatting a body... and it pointed to bile salts. This particular product was mentioned a couple of times in some articles so i cam to Amazon to find it. I purchased this product and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with what it does for me. Because I normally do not eat fatty food, I do not take the pills during meal times. I find that if I go to sleep while doing an intermittent fast, that sometimes I will wake up with an achy gall bladder feeling. I take one or two pills depending upon my level of discomfort with a good quantity of water and I am usually back to being comfortable and ache free in under 40 minutes. I went from dreading losing body fat to feeling fairly certain that taking this supplement will work each time I need to take it. It will prove out over time, is my feeling. But so far, so good! I have read several articles that say if a dose is taken every night before bed, that there is a possibility of eliminating stones for good as the bile acids emulsify the hardened cholesterol deposits that form the stones. I am leaning towards that course of dosing after I lose the rest of the weight while keeping gall aches and attacks under control. Another thing that pointed me in this direction: I read where very rapid weight loss (like people using lap bands or other weight loss surgery) would have severe gall bladder complications during the fat loss... some even leading to gall bladder removal. Which I would like to avoid, personally. This stuff works. I am not sure how/if it will affect the results of my next lab panels, but I for sure know the weight loss I am achieving will help boost my numbers in a healthier way.

I was experiencing some gut issue with feeling full all the time. It was so bad that I felt I would pop if you stick my stomach with a pin. I was researching Kybella which took me down a road of researching bile and found it was good to aid digestion by breaking down fatty acid so I decided to try this after reading some reviews. I started slow with two pills and didn’t feel any different so I up to 3 and barely experienced any changes. I then went to 4 pills & holy cow, I was living in my bathroom, it didn’t matter if I took this before or after a meal. I felt better though I wasn’t and haven’t experienced constipation since being a child, I’m very regular. I found it helped my bloating but didn’t get rid of it, I’m just not as bloated anymore and can go days without using this. However, whenever I feel the excessive bloating, I take these and it help. I’m now thinking I just have food intolerance that’s causing the bloating but at least this helps me until I can fully figure out the trigger.
