The faucet is as described. The quality is top notch. We've spent more on inferior products that just didn't last. Others have mentioned it is heavy and that is true. That's not a negative, just better materials used to make it. FYI we have an old stainless steel kitchen sink, and because of the height and weight there is a little flex to the sink. It is very minor. That is not the faucets fault and in no way are we complaining or upset about it. In fact, it is refreshing to have purchased and installed a faucet of this build quality. Obviously we can not speak to the long term quality as we've only had it a couple of weeks, we do anticipate it lasting a very long time based on the build quality. It came well packed. Not just a few pieces of cardboard to keep the pieces from rubbing, but actual foam cutouts that the pieces fit snugly into. We highly recommend purchasing this faucet if it fits your needs and style. You won't be disappointed

The faucet is made of high quality stainless steel and the valves are made of good quality ceramic which makes it very durable. No complaints so far after more than a month of regular use. The pull out nozzle function is very useful and makes washing dishes very convenient. The One-touch water stop function is very useful to save water wastage.

The device is not good, and since the date of purchase and after erecting it in the kitchen, we suffer from the drops of water from it without being able to find any solution to it

The black button controls the spray of water came out broken. Other than that the item is perfect. I would like the supplier to send me the right button to replace. I have the photo of the broken item. Please contact me. Updating the review. The supplier immediately contacted me and fixed the problem. I needed to drive to their warehouse to pick up the spare part but wasn’t a big deal. Problem is solved and I highly recommend the product. Very very nice look and useful.

This Fixture looks and works comparably to other unit so well. The tight pattern In spray mode is perfect for Rinsing, matter of fact you have to keep the Flow Rate low to keep Splashing under control as your GPM Increases dramatically with this unit. I chose this Faucet for it’s single control with dual action (no separate valved Spigot for stream) Simply press the button on the fixture head to switch from spray to stream. “Less is More”The really excellent quality, the finish is super good, and brings everything you need.

Nice quality and easy installation . Doesn't feel or look cheap, I'm actually pretty shocked to get this quality. My daughter suggested I check out what Amazon had to offer, so I searched based on customer reviews and ended up choosing this one. The last couple of mid priced name brand faucets I've gotten were nothing but big disappointments; the quality was so lousy. I was feeling like I was going to have to really shell out the $$ for something that wasn't so cheaply made.
