I drink a little each morning to help with blood sugar and digestion. Works great. Doesn’t taste super sour. Mix the j with apple cider vinegar.

I’ve purchased several of the same brand extracts and this one did not disappoint! I’ve made lemon blueberry scones and muffins. The extract gave a bright lemony flavors (that was delicious!) without the acidity taste of some others used. Great purchase
