Just buy it if you have ANY anger issues
Changed my life, this is a book that I will use over and over again as a tool. I have purchased about 10 of these self help anger books but this author and style of explaining has been the best.The reasoning feels like a therapist is talking to me directly, the work activities makes me think out my actions, the info is so impactful.Life changing in regards to reacting towards all types of people and makes wanting to change almost effortlessly.I would give this 100 stars if I could and recommend this at anyone who felt anger in any degree affect their life.

Very Helpful
I went through cognitive behavioral therapy for PTSD and it worked! I decided to go this route for anger too. I have only read through the first chapter so far and I only have great things to say! I am a high school English teacher and I can say that this book is very well-organized! I’m so glad that someone wrote this book. Thank you!

High recommend this book
This book has a lot of questions and makes you do exercises and practicing on how to deal and manage your emotions and it really focuses on changing to be come a better person based on the assignments it has in the book to print out.
