The texture of material is differant.Rough. Does good job. Velcro could be slightly bigger so elderly can keep independence and put on with out assistance.Its bad enough they need to use them . If they could connect Velcro. And feel productive.

The bib is a good size. Seems to be thick enough. However after washing them a few times they have holes in them. They cling to the wash machine barrel. Some fabrics will get holes in them due to quality of fabric. Recommend washing by hand and put in the dryer.

I like the ease with the Velcro but the fabric was rough to the touch. My relative drools and has a runny nose. We thought the terry cloth would be soft to wipe her face with. Hopefully after washing it, it will soften.

These are functional bibs. The quality of the terry cloth is a bit on the cheap side. Thick enough to catch drips and for the most part keep them from soaking through, but the loops seem to be spaced fairly far apart giving the appearance of cheap terry cloth. They also are not terribly soft, even after washing. After the first wash, one of the bibs had the edge unravel. I can probably sew and fix it, but I shouldn't have to do so on a new product. They were relatively inexpensive, but I probably would not buy more.

We sometimes eat messy food. We usually tuck a tea towel in our shirts to keep drippy food from staining clothes. Discovered "Adult Bibs" by accident, and thought this would be a better idea, as towels do not stay put!! These should be marketed for anyone, not just elderly people with problems eating. Perfect and wash up great. I do wish you made them in better colors!!!

I get these for our child with Special Needs. I love the ease of the velcro attachment (so I don't have to fuss closing it), and the extra length which also covers his lap. Yes, they're thin and Yes, the terry loops can (and do) pull, but for what we want (protecting his clothing from food spills these work and launder just fine. I've purchased a few sets and will buy more when needed.

I work with the physically/developmentally disabled and therefore purchase these products frequently. The large size and Velcro adhesive makes them easy to use. But I will add that the Velcro also causes pulling on the terry cloth during machine washing and drying so make sure the end tabs are attached before throwing them in.

Took my bib to Outback and it worked beautifully. A great buy and I will use it all the time. I may be an adult but when you get older sometimes you can miss your mouth. (ha ha). I especially like this when I eat spaghetti. Thanks for making these!
