Very easy to make vada with this mix
Very easy to make vada with this mix. This mix is best for instant and emergency use. Saves lot of time and effort. Taste and quality is perfect. Price and quantity very reasonable. Really effortless way to make vada with this mix.

Easy to make
While the process of making the batter and the Vada was super easy and super fast, the only hitch was the abundance of jeera in the paste. For those who don't mind this aspect, it's perfect for a sudden snack as it can be made very fast and taste is also good.

Bad quality
the material sucks oil like anything. Year before it used to ne good but new batches are not good and quality is degrading

Too much soda. Soaks lots of oil
1. Don't add 210ml of water as written on the box. It will make a thin paste like batter. Start with 100ml and keep adding as you need. You should be able to make thick balls of the vada ( you are not making pan cakes right ). 2. Watch the tutorial video on YouTube. They are making laddus of the mix. 3. Tastes good but nothing special. 4. Lots of Soda to make it fluffy. But this soaks a lots of oil. 5. Try their Upma instead, if you are looking for a quick healthy meal.
