Love the original fascia blaster, but the handle on the mini is great!
I have been dealing with sore, tight muscles for years (legs, back, etc). For years, I have used foam rollers, foam roller balls, gua sha stones, & nothing really effectively released the tension. Then, I ended up with post-surgical abdominal adhesions after a supposedly minimally invasive surgery. I ended up getting incredibly painful charley horse type painful spasms in my lower ab region. I had to go to specialized PT where the therapists used various tools (gua sha stones, etc) in addition to very aggressive (& painful) manual therapy that left me with bruises almost every time. Then, I saw a video re: the fascia blaster & was intrigued by it. I bought it right away. What a game changer! It’s so much easier than foam rolling & is more effective & takes much less time than foam rolling. I do it on my stomach, legs (thighs, front & back & sides), calves, glutes (as best I can). I don’t like to use oil b/c it can be messy, so I either do it in the shower on wet skin or over clothes (sweatpants, cotton t/shirt) & it’s just as effective. Does it hurt? Yes. It does hurt if you do it hard enough, but foam rolling also really hurts, & is physically grueling when you have to hold your entire body weight on your hands. With the fascia blaster, you have to put enough pressure to release the tight muscles/adhesions/etc. For me, if I don’t use enough pressure, it will not work. So, I do it aggressively, it does hurt, but the more you work the area, the pain lessens until the pain goes away. I feel GREAT afterwards. I bring any number of the fascia blaster variations to any massage that I go to. The massage therapists love them, & for me, the massage is more effective. The massage therapists particularly like the mini because of the handle. It helps to access hard to reach areas. I recommend watching a you tube video to see techniques on using it. Love all the fascia blasters!

Great little tool
This is the final piece in my fasciablaster collection. They really all do have place. I find this one useful for doing the upper back and shoulder area which are difficult to reach with some of the other blasters

Cool thing
Came as expected. Been using for about 3 weeks. Has already helped with pain in my ankles from i don't know, i guess facia since it worked. Meanwhile, was able to work out a cellulite dimple in my thigh already. Some bruising which i expected in my thighs once i used harder pressure which i probably should have waited to use a few more times softer till my body adjusted to this process which I did not realize. Should have watched more of the Youtube videos first. The videos are really helpful. Does take time and work but worth it so far. Did also purchase the larg blaster and face blaster with are worth it as well.

Don't waste your money on the knock off fascia blasters!
After purchasing a more economical roller ball version of a fascia blaster and feeling I got what I paid for ($12), I decided to give this product a chance. I really like the compact size and it will be easy to travel with. The handle has a nice grip and the tool glides easily on the skin. I just received it and have only used it once but my muscles already feel like I've had a little massage. It's so easy to use and I will probably end up using this over my foam roller.
