Just as advertised. Great during hurricanes!: boil water on gas grill or sterno. Add hot water to pouch, which by the way is not impossible to open ,and wait a few minutes before enjoying. Several other flavors are excellent also. Hiking, vacationing, without power or you are a single person not wanting to cook- these pouches can be a good meal or meals. Tried lasagna, eggs and ham, chicken fettuccini.

Compared to other easy-to-carry foods, this isn't exorbitantly expensive and in my opinion, pretty fulfilling. The Stroganoff pouch is the "healthiest" out of all the pouches and has a good flavor. I'd still rather have hamburger helper, but this is a LOT easier to prepare.

These are my go-to on the trail when camping, lots of nourishment after a long days hike. Stroganoff is the best flavor of these IMO. You only need a cup and some change of water though.

Easy to make and surprisingly tasty. I initially bought this and tried it on a camping trip, but I'd definitely buy it again and just make it at home when I'm too lazy to cook.

Always bought this and will xontinue to buy till I make my own. They are always expensive but I think this one worths it. I add a little less water but I think it is all a preference. It has a very very long shelf life. Portion size is perfect, it is for two but I eat all myself :) good quality, highly recommend

I live in the Bay Area and know the "big" one is gonna hit sooner or later. Building my disaster preparedness food kit. Bought one Beef Stroganoff to try it out before I stocked up on it. Just ordered another 10. Is it gourmet? No. The noodles although not mushy were on the semi soft side and the beef bits had an almost rubbery bite in the middle of the bits. But the over all flavor was better than I expected. And overall way better than the other comparative brands I tried.

Overpriced but good To be honest I didn’t even realize it had mushrooms until after I eat it so if you’re not allergic to mushrooms you’re great no worries if you’re allergic to mushrooms make sure you do a double check this dude have them in there I’m not allergic I hate it I notice in about 3/4 the way through surprisingly enough I did not test mushroom of any kind and I am very sensitive to that weird nasty taste that they have so the stroganoff taste like stroganoff without mushrooms but it has mushrooms
