The one to use with 3.3V logic.
For once a modest amazon listing! Most of the MOSFET modules on Amazon that claim they work on a 3.3v signal barely turn on at that voltage and will have overheating problems and voltage drop if you try to use them with a 3.3v microcontroller. This is because the MOSFET's need a bigger voltage to work properly. 5V is fine. This board includes a mosfet driver (the 8 pin surface mount device) to boost the current and voltage used to switch the device. The driver is an EG27324 and the mosfet a FDD8447L I think. This should allow you to work up-to 20V (I am happily switching 14V with mine at 1200Hz PWM and 1.5A peak current). You need to connect the Vcc pin to the microcontrollers Vcc (e.g. 3.3V).It's on resistance should be around 0.1 ohm and it should be happy switching upto 40V maximum, but make sure that you aren't asking it to dissipate too much current. It should be happy upto 10A of resistive load: look at the datasheet for the FDD8447L to get more details.

Great Value well thought out board
Great Low Voltage PWM trigger board. Addition of the MOSFET driver IC makes the device easy to operate with CMOS and TTL voltages at high PWM frequencies. Used to drive a white LED strip for testing purposes. Good quality build, durable and designed to last. Good addition to a basic circuit collection, ideal for using as template in SMD designs.
