Good quality pan for rolled omelette. Added accessories are a plus. Looks small but it ends up being the perfect size for the porpoise.

Don't think about it just get it. I never had anything like this that is soo non stick!! Works absolutely perfectly. I would buy it again

I am newly addicted to Japanese (vegetarian) cuisine. Having watched a few videos about making Japanese rolled omelettes, I just had to make one, so I bought this pan. When it arrived, it was smaller than I expected and comes with a wide spatula, a brush for applying oil and a dish to hold your finished omelette. I started with two eggs, some cheese and some mirin and salt and pepper and amazingly the resulting omelette looked and tasted excellent. I think that three eggs would be better next time, also some nori sheets and avocado. The wide spatula certainly makes rolling the omelette fairly easy and the brush for applying oil is useful, I probably won't use the small dish. But all in all I am delighted with this pan and it washes up easily :-).

Fantastic value for this product. It comes with sponge to clean, brush for oiling the pan and spatula for rolling the omelette. Have made several successful Japanese style omelettes. Delighted with this.
