Challenging
This is a great little item to help you with leg strength, ankle stability, and regaining your balance after an injury or a surgery. I have had no issues with it. It is modifiable, meaning you can remove and reposition the balance domes. You can also remove one and use just the weight of one side with inversion and inversion, similar to another piece of equipment in a physical rehab office. It’s small, sturdy, and well-made.- Chiropractor

Normally I don't like plastic, but this is solid as a ROCK.
This is a high-quality product; easily durable enough for commercial use. I bought the green and am still using two balls while I'm doing rehab. It's definitely challenging enough for me, but it's cool that not only can you switch to one ball in the center (for 360-degree movement/challenge) but you can also order just the balls in the next size up or down. The only downside is that the board and balls are slippery, so if using on a hard floor (or thin carpet like mine) I'd add a non-slip pad underneath, such as a little non-skid bathroom rug or a towel. You can also "shim" by placing a few rolled-up towels under the edges, if the height you bought is too challenging on some days. I love this thing! I'm finding fun ways to make it more challenging, such as playing my Tibetan singing bowl while I am on it, LOL. Have fun with it.

Love how this product can help as you progress
The media could not be loaded. I tried one other balance product that was way too easy. I ordered this one with the difficult attachments, but they have every level from easy to very difficult. It actually is a challenge for me (actively working to regain balance) even though it is not as challenging as the one at physical therapy. But there is a more challenging attachment called “very difficult“. So once I master the “difficult”, I will move to the “very difficult”. And if I master that I will use it as a wobble board by putting just one in the center. DON’T USE ON SLICK FLOORS. YOU MUST HAVE CARPET OR A WORKOUT MAT UNDERNEATH! There is no traction on the bottom of the attachments but there is traction where you place your feet. Super easy to rearrange attachments. In my video, I also show how I use as a slant board to stretch the calves. There is a little bit of give in the board, so I do not think it is solid plastic. It seems like it could break if you were to put a lot of pressure on both sides at the same time without attempting the balance. But if balancing as the product is designed, I think it is plenty strong.Bottom line is there are more difficult and professional balance boards but those are more expensive and do not have multiple attachments allowing the board to grow with your personal progress.

Helps with my ankle joint
Bought this for help with my ankle joint. I did physical therapy for 5 months and used a Baps board when I was there. It had multiple sizes and different places you could put the half balls to create different angles. This one does not have all the opening or size options but it still helps my ankle with stiffness, being able to stand on it and roll my ankle around.

Good investment, if you don't weigh too much.
Edit: I opened it up, and am happy to report that this does appear sufficient for much heavier people than myself. (See pic) I left the original post unchanged below.I really like this balance board! It's easy to use, and has multiple functions (balance board/wobble board). Like all things, however, it does have both pros and cons: The main board is a tiny bit on the flimsy side, as the plastic board seems to be made out of 2 plastic pieces, screwed together with a hollow bit in the middle. The overall quality is great, but I wouldn't feel confident that this plastic board could support me if I were on the heavy side (I'm roughly 150 lbs and I can only feel a tiny bit of give in the plastic board when I use it). Mine came with 2 green half balls, which are very solid, and easy to screw into place and unscrew as needed. The board does have a textured surface, but is still little bit on the slippery side, so I recommend using with shoes, or grip socks, or a little bit of water mist to help your skin stick to it. I find that using 2 green half balls is good for beginners, but you may be quick to graduate to the next level of difficulty (a different sized half ball). When converted into a wobble board, the green half ball remains quite challenging. I wouldn't go with an easier ball unless you are treating an injury, balance problem, or weakened limb. I have been using my board almost daily for the better part of a month, now, and there is no visible or functional wear and tear at all. The handle holes are just large enough for me to stick 3 fingers into, but they are useful for integrating with resistance bands. I also use the board with a "lazy susan" style ball bearing, for added twisting action. For me, this system has been a very good investment overall.

This Thing Is Awesome!
Love the flexibility! Can be used numerous ways to target different muscles or different exercises. Love that the parts (beneath) can be changed out for more challenging sizes, and they can be moved around to different locations to make the board more challenging. High quality materials - durable... this thing will last. Highly recommend! Very pleased with the quality & size!

Great Balance Board
I have been doing Physical therapy for degenerative disc disease in my lumbar spine. During PT they had me use the balance board to help with posture so I wanted to find one to use at home. The one they used, I found but it was $140 and I couldn’t see spending that much. I took a chance on this one and it works perfectly! It is sturdy, well made, and super easy to put together - the balls have screws sticking up so you literally just pick where you want them and screw them in. I am a plus sized woman and this board does great for me.

The best wobble board there is
I broke my foot and needed a wobble board to supplement my off-ice workouts on the way to getting back to playing hockey. This wobble board is the most versatile one I found. The different sized balls in combination with being able to put them at different places underneath the wobble board enables different modalities of balancing. The result is a comprehensive approach to rebuilding the stabilizers/muscles that are behind fine motor skills. I also like the large square board for my enormous feet and wider choice of foot placement.

Best Wobble Board on the Market
After watching a review by two top PTs on YouTube, I bought this for a sprained ankle rehab. The ability to adjust the ball size and placement allows you to use this for more than just rehab, but as a fitness tool to strengthen your ankles and increase your balance significantly. After a few weeks, I can now balance on one foot and touch my nose to my knee. Also, I've been practicing balancing on one foot on the wobble board, increasing the time I can hold it. Using the wobble board has tremendous cross-over application into other sports like martial arts, skating, skiing, snowboarding, water sports, biking, and anything else that requires extreme mobility and balance.

Not a sturdy a I hoped it would be.
When I step on it tiled to one side it creaks a has a popping sound. I feel that it should be rated for no more than 150 lb.
