This deoderizer seems to work great, but it only comes with one shell/case with 2 refills, not 2 shells like the picture depicts. It's alright because I need the refills anyways (as it recommends to replace every month), but I was bummed because I thought it would come with 2 shells.It is very easy to refill though, the top pops off pretty easy without having to manhandle the side of the litterbox which I like.

It works as described and as well as any of the other brands of similar product I’ve tried. But the fragrance is not lavender, it smells more like generic bath soap, more of a rosy-floral fragrance than the mild spicy scent of lavendar. I won’t be reordering.

You have to put your nose right up to the container in order to smell anything. It does not clear the air nor can you smell it in a very small bathroom behind the toilet above the kitty litter box. I clean the kitty litter box everyday I can smell the kitty litter which is lavender scented but I cannot smell right on the toilet lid this supposed air pressure I'm surprised it is made by this company cuz they have a good reputation

Very nice subtle scent not too strong like others. The pods are extremely easy to change out. I have no negatives about this product.

Our cat can't figure out that scratching the sides of his box is not going to cover his "deeds", so it can get stinky. But this deodorizer works so well, a few minutes after the use of the box it absorbs the smell, making the area smelling fresh. I tried other deodorizers, and this one was way cheaper and actually works. I already reordered it a few times and will keep using it.

I was hopeful because the product was cute but it was a total waste of money. Barely has any scent so definitely not effective.
