Motion Game Star Wars: Clone Wars Motion Video Game

I have purchased quite a few of the plug and play games including some of the new Jakk's motion games. This is clearly the best one I've played. The graphic are probably on par with SNES, but this is the best looking plug and play games i've seen (not saying too much). Looks worse on a huge HD TV. Looks pretty good on a smaller standard def TV since the image is not stretched as much. The game does an amazing job with the technical limitations. I've played one of the plug and play motion sports games and some of the new Jakk's motion products for this year, and I can say that this game's controls are the most precise I've seen for such games. Very easy to control and aim. Young children should be able to play no problem. The contols work by turning the controller in each direction. The controls are based on the tilt of the controller rather than moving the entire controller up and down. I noticed some people think you have to move the controller up to go up, it actually required tilting the contoller (like a flight stick). The controller itself looks really cool and is very comfortable. The four triggers are all nicely placed. The game is broken down into 5 campaigns each with a few missions. Each campaign has multiple mission types. There are much more missions than expected. The first Campaign is pretty easy and even young kids can beat it with ease. It helps that the ships that are preparing to fire highlight red. The later campaigns get pretty difficult and challenging for even veteran gamers. All the campaigns, except for the final once are available from the beginning which is nice. Once you beat a campaign, you can choose to replay any of the specific missions. The mission types are varied enough to keep things interesting. Standard rail shooter modes allow you to control the reticle only, there are modes controlling the ship only and avoiding obstacles such as astroid fields, missions that require you to destroy ground and air targets, and more. Overall a great game and value. Just don't expect a game on par with wii, 360, or ps3 games.

One player only from easy to hard, the picture on the box where two arm folder (two black handles) as if you were driving or steering. The two handles left and right does not adjust. That is a false advertising So don't be fool by the picture on the box. The company should have mention w/* bottom of the box w/side notes (These handles don't actual adjust). Just so you know before purchasing the game. My Sons liked the game, it also a challenge on every level. Mild violence. 3stars- my kids play it often. Maybe if the handles could be adjusted I would like to give it a 4 stars. The package was pack o.k.

I bought this for my 6 years old cousin for Christmas and he loves it. He is a big Star Wars fan. He had a lot of fun playing it and said it was the best present ever. I played the game itself and it was very fun and can be pretty difficult on some levels. Great plug and play game. Of course the picture quality resolution isn't the best because it is running off of AV, which is SD and not HD. That is expected for all plug and play games. It offer a great retro feel to the game as well. If you are a Star Wars fan, you will enjoy this.

We put new batteries in it, and we tried plugging it into different inputs on three different TV's. We could not even get a picture to come up on the screen. I would not recommend giving this as a gift without trying it ahead of time. We left a message on the customer service line at Jaaks.com, but we have not received a call back. I was unable to reach customer service at the retailer Big Game Vendor. I'm curious where all these wonderful reviews come from and if they are authentic.

You get what you pay for, but with this plug-n-play, you get a little bit more. Numerous missions are in this game, some of which are a bit repetitive, but all in all great fun for most ages. This was purchased for a 6 year old who still enjoys it a great deal. The controller is quite responsive to the movements you execute, whether it be navigating your ship through the trenches or an asteroid belt, or if it involves moving your gunner as you fire at the empire battleships.The graphics are very A-B-C, so don't expect PS2/Wii/Xbox type visuals, which would be ridiculous considering the low price. But when projected on a wall or on an HD TV, the game draws you in and the sound-effects are solid. Great buy, especially for Star Wars fans young and old.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my oldest nephew who just turned six. Although he already has several Star Wars video games for Wii, I decided to get this for him because it's more of a classic arcade-style first-person shooter as opposed to the other games he has. It was a gamble because I was thinking he might be a little jaded, but the gamble payed off as he has been playing it as often as his other games.Looks fun, I might ask him if I could play it:)

This lasted about 4 months and then it stopped working.It was used only about 2 times a month, (8 times) by myspecial needs son that I have over every couple of weeks.

This game is exactly as described. I could not believe how well the motion controls work - just ensure that you hold the control in the prescribed position. The graphics are not the best though, so its price should be less. My 9 yr old son really enjoys this game, since it encourages him to move around instead of just sitting one place.

This was sent as a gift to my nephew. He's loving it!
