Light Red Scratch Remover Color Fast Paintwork Restorer Car Polish, 13 Colors Available, 17 Fl Oz

Using this on my Ruby Red 2016 Ford Explorer with the sponge applicator drill head was easy as pie. I was trading in the car and was a little horrified at how many scratches and fading had occurred during its 7 year lifetime. T-Cut did a terrific job on surface scratches as well as on a few somewhat deeper scratches. It obviously doesn’t fix really deep scratches penetrating the clear coat or going all the way to the metal. Once I used touch up paint and wet sanded the one deep scratch/patch I had (from an altercation with a bush on my property. I lost), I used T-Cut over it and it blended in the color variations that had remained. I’m a fan. A little goes a long way. On that big car, I used less than a third of the bottle. It’s not a large bottle. My new car is charcoal gray, so now I will search for a friend with a red vehicle. Or get a red one in the future. Lol.

Better to add a little bit to a 1/2 empty glass cleaner bottle and mist on car windows. I also use sparingly on the painted surfaces. Using too much makes it difficult to remove.

i have tried many products, and this is the first one tried that actually fills in small scratches and make the paint look like new. It removes oxidation very well. i highly recommend it.

I purchased and used so many waxes on my jeep to get it back to RED. Bright Shiny Red and this wax worked to perfection. LOL Wear Gloves!

I recently bought a used car and it arrived with some alarming marks and scratches that I hadn’t seen previously. I enquired about having it professionally polished/mopped to remove them, however, the cost is quite high and so I gave this a go as a hopeful fix to reduce my anxiety with it and the scratches hopefully until I can afford professional detailing. I’ve used T Cut products for decades, I don’t use a polisher, I use it by hand. I know there are lots of products on the market for both but this brand has always proved sufficient and affordable with previous uses. I used the T Cut colour fast scratch remover first with a micro fibre cloth in small circular motions and just a couple dots of the paste, after a couple of checks and buffs to ensure I wasn’t removing too much or marking the surrounding area and I was impressed that the scratches had in fact completely disappeared. Blended perfectly. I finished it off with T Cut colourfast ceramic wax protection and my worries are gone just like the scratches. If I can do this anyone can. Just be realistic about what you’re dealing with. Deep scratches need professional care, lighter ones can be removed with this. It’s never going to match up with professional polishing but it does work well if you use it correctly.
