Q: Is the end connector removable so that it’s easier to run through the firewall of my Jeep?

I see somebody answered "yes". Please tell me how you removed the PL-259 because I could not find any way to remove it without cutting the cable.

Q: Is there a way to make it stick stronger? My dual band antenna tips this mag mount right over, with ever so slight force

Perhaps yours is defective. Mine adheres to my car pretty strongly. It takes some effort for me to take it off.

Q: Where can find just the NMO adapter that screws onto the male connector?

It looks like you need a piece of pipe and a. L bracket or a "CB" mirror mount bracket. Or a 2x4 and a screw or something simple. I have never bought one of these but the look simple to install.
