10 Set 1-3/8" Greenhouse Cross Grid Connector, Pipe Clamps for Chain Link Fence

We needed to protect our 20' LOA, 8' Beam Ply on Frame Boat we built in our backyard so we constructed a metal pipe quonset hut that measures 12' wide by 20' long by 6 1/2' high. Using the OTTFF Cross Grid Pipe Connector Clamps (for 1 3/8" diameter pipe) made the building of the hut an easier task. Working alone, the rail clamping took a few hours. After aligning the 5 arched to the topmost rail we covered the pipe frame with a heavy duty white canopy to protect the boat from the harsh Florida Sun and humid environment. We highly recommend the OTTFF Cross Grid Pipe Connector Clamps because they are a quality product, hold fast and can do the job.

Great product, very sturdy. I used them to make a carport and it stiffened it up and made it very rigid.

It fits 1-3/8 in. Galvanized Metal Top Rail. Good quality.

Easy to use.

I use these for making perpendicular connections between regular fence pipe to EMT conduit or 1" PVC. I have not found anything else affordable that would do this. These seems to hold up fine.The screws kept coming apart so I went to the hardware store and spent another $10. Those are solid.

I used these connectors to construct shelving in my basement. I like the connectors because they are solid and keep the tubing for the shelves in place. The only drawback if there is one is that the connector is attached using four bolts and nuts. I would recommend a magnetic racket ad Phillips screwdriver to make the assembly go faster and cut down on dropping bolts or nuts.

The nuts and bolts that came with this are way too small. The head itself is just slightly larger than the hole. If you need any structural integrity out of this you'll need to buy 1/4" bolts instead of the 3/16 junk that is included.

The clamps work as shown in photos, they will also work with smaller diameter pipes if needed. The included screws could be a longer, and the head little larger using hex head bolts with the clamps make the job simpler and faster for tightening. Very awkward to use if connecting a diagonal pipe to a straight pipe, only best for pipes that are 90 degrees to each other.
