Perfect fit Bell 500
I stupidly wrote a bad review of the product because I was trying to snap it onto a visor already on the helmet. Stupidly ASSUMED the snaps on the visor were also in the same place. apologies to all concerned. It's a fine product.

Fits the Bell Custom 500 helmet

Very good quality but not universal fit
The plastic is really stiff and has good finish. The only thing is it does not fit my Biltwell Gringo so I assume it's the same for the Bonanza. Good thing I have a Bell Custom 500 to use it on.

Cool visor - had to trim to fit
great look with my Bell 500 helmet...but...like other reviews have noted, this does not really fit the 500 helmet as advertised I had to trim off the ends of the visor for it to snap into place - once that was done, it works great.

Doesn't fit Bell Custom 500
It's hard to imagine how this would happen, but this visor does not fit well on the latest version of the Bell Custom 500. The corners of the visor press against the rubber gasket surrounding the face opening, and this creates a kind of leaf-spring effect when trying to snap the visor on. In my case, this created enough spring force that there was no way to snap the third snap, regardless of which two were snapped first. I fixed this by grinding a substantial amount of the visor's corners down until they just came in contact with the gasket when snapped. So the visor works fine now, but substantial modification was required and this was a hassle for sure. Considering that the Custom 500 is one of Bell's most popular helmets, it's hard to understand how a Bell visor would not fit it.

Although I have read otherwise, this fitted my Bell 500 open face perfectly. Without it, I looked like a human cannonball. But, when you spend £190 on a helmet, it begs the question as to why Bell don't include a peak in the box instead of overcharging you for something that costs pennies to produce in China. A sign of the times?
