Once & Future Vol. 2

Lo ame adoro que mezclen ciertas mitologías además de las arturicas, espero que incluyan a más héroes. Entiendo que haya personas que no puedan seguir o entender la historia por eso recomiendo que lean más mitología y historia, por qué eso me ayudó a entender la historia ala perfección.

A great second volume. Good story and character development (well for Duncan and Bridgette, Rose is just there), with lots of action. The schemer is revealed but what is his end game? Since the last volume Duncan has been made accepted his family vocation, and even an uneasy peace with his grandmother. Now is he ready for another story. I really enjoyed this volume and can't wait to see what happens next. The book finishes with a cover gallery with a full page spreads of the cover from issue 7 to 12.

ONCE & FUTURE Vol. 2 Die Reihe macht wirklich Laune 😀 viel Action, durchaus blutig, schnelles Storytelling und schnippischer Humor. Dazu kommt das super schöne Artwork mit den knalligen Farben von Dan Mora. Ich kann nachvollziehen das manchen die Charakterentwicklung (das bisschen was es gibt) zu wenig ist, bzw. ein Charakter wie Duncan auf einmal mit Waffen umgehen kann. Auf solche Umstände wird nicht groß eingegangen. Aber wenn man mit sowas kein Problem hat und Lust auf mythische Action hat ist man bei Once&Future genau richtig. Nach den Ereignissen in Band 1 ist König Arthur in seinem Schloss und probiert sich an seinen Rittern und Merlin versucht Duncan und Bridgette mit einem anderen Mythos abzulenken, Beowulf - Grendel und dessen Mutter. Mehr braucht man nicht wissen. Wer die ersten Ausgaben bzw. den ersten Band gelesen hat wird auch mit Band 2 seinen Spaß haben. Ich freu mich jedenfalls schon auf Band 3 👌🏾

This came very quickly and in excellent condition.. Loving this series.
