Excellent product--one that is essential (along with Ethiopian cardamom) in making several classic dishes, including doro wat. This variety of basil tastes almost nothing like the Italian or the anise-nuanced Thai varieties. Instead, it has a somewhat floral tea-like fragrance and flavor.
