Works fine - just wish it came in smaller count sizes - like 20 instead of 100. For me it's a lifetime supply.

I found it difficult to twist off the caps.

This saline solution is excellent — effective, high-quality, and very easy to use.

These are much smaller than the saline packets found in hospitals, but they proved more than adequate for the several wounds being taken care of at one time. After using this size, a couple of times, I grew to prefer it. They also do not pull apart easily, and I have to cut the bottoms of them apart to start to detach one from another. Other than the difficulty in detaching one from another, I find these wonderful.

Great product for the price. The only reason not given 5 stars is that the little packages, are not perforated well enough. I have to use scissors to cut each individual package apart from the 4 pack. In most brands you can easily pull the individual packages loose. But for the price it is worth a bit of trouble.
