The day we received the unit we left it to charge for 24 hrs to make sure the battery was fully charged. The unit works well but cuts off on us after using it for approx. 5 minutes. We let it sit for a few minutes and back on it goes then follows the same routine. We will continue to give it a full charge and try, try again but if it continues to malfunction we unfortunately will need to return it.

I was hoping that the unit would give more of a misty and foggy output.The spray gives out a heavy liquid output which is very messy. I would sent it back but I don’t have the time.I guess I am stuck with this item.

Worst product ever. Third time I used it and the ring that holds the bottle broke and I spilled all the liquid on my treadmill. Also it’s very bad spraying, it squirts to much liquid and it’s difficult to wipe. Don’t buy this product

Great product.. after charging it and getting it to finally spray it works PERFECTLY. My 4 month old granddaughter and myself tested positive for Covid, and with the disinfectant mixed with alcohol and bleach it killed every germ in our home! Highly recommended!!

After one month of use it doesn’t work anymore

So I got this early this year and only recently started to use it. Worked fine and then it just stopped spraying. Its fully charged and I clean it out with water every time I've used it and its acting like its clogged (motor turns on, no spray). Not sure how to fix it but also a word on quality control, mine came with signs of use. There was dirt residue and oils on the device when I recieved it. It works but if you want long term quality, choose something else.

I liked this product initially, but after 3 days of use it stopped working. One day it turned on by itself, and would not turn off. It does not have an “off” button. I do not know if I simply received a defective device, or if this was a common occurrence. Amazon did accept return of the item without a hassle.
