Perfect for what I needed. Used to make pasta and they are really easy to use, wash well. They are very sturdy and not too big so easy to store in the baking cupboard

It's a good set, the metal one seems to be really nice quality. The plastic ones are good although thin and bend easily. My main problem with the plastic ones is the corners are very sharp, so as you're using it you may stab yourself in the hand and while it does not cut you it does hurt! It would be better if the corners were slightly rounded. They are easy to clean.

First impressions as they only arrived today - the plastic cutters are amazing. You get the stainless steel cutter with measure and two plastic cutters in the pack (in my case, one white and one green). The plastic cutters slice through thinly rolled pastry with ease (I’m making Steak Bakes tonight), and a massive benefit is they scrape up all the left over flour you put on the work surface so you can continue to use it to dust the surface / pastry when you need more flour. They are great quality and are precisely the right thickness. I’ve got ham fists/strong hands and I find them to be quite inflexible and strong - perfect for slicing / scraping pastry and flour. I’ve not even started talking about the 14cm/ 5.5 inch stainless steel measuring cutter yet as I haven’t used it but I’ve started this review based on the plastic cutters alone! For the price I paid (£6.49) it represented exceptional value for money but it’s one of those products that people don’t think they need it until they try it so are often hesitant to buy it. Just buy them - ditch the knives and scraping up the flour by hand - you won’t be disappointed.

Really pleased with these three dough scrapers which make it easy to empty my bread dough from the bowl - straight into the waiting tin. Secretly, I am using one of the three exclusively for patterning on my Gelli plate! This is an unforeseen bonus. The stainless steel scraper has an additional use, for measuring, with inches marked on one side and centimetres on the other. It has a comfortable handle and was altogether a good buy.

Ho acquistato questo set per facilitare la preparazione di pane e pizza in casa, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Il set comprende tre utensili: - Spatola in acciaio inox con scala graduata in cm e pollici, molto utile per misurare e tagliare l'impasto in modo preciso - Due raschietti in plastica (uno verde e uno bianco), leggeri e facili da maneggiare, ideali per dividere e trasferire l'impasto Tutti gli utensili sono realizzati con materiali di alta qualità, facili da pulire e resistenti all'uso quotidiano. L'impugnatura ergonomica offre una presa sicura, anche con le mani unte. Consiglio vivamente questo set a chi ama preparare impasti in casa, sia per hobby che per necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Produit de très belle fabrication, on sent tout de suite la qualité au touché, cornes Souple , bonne prise en main du couteau. Un regret : ne pas avoir trouvé ce produit plutôt.
