Q: How much feet heigh(High) can adjust for this product please??I want about 5feet high.

somewhat awkward if you don't take base off.

Q: Do you have to take tv off to lower height?

You don't have to take the TV off the stand to lower it, however, you have to take out two bolts to change the height.
