Depends what you mean by dry ingredients, pepper and other sorts of spices YES, dry plant herbal matter NO it will only hold anywhere from 3.5-4.5 of whole unground herbal matter. Maybe if you ground up all the herb and stuffed it all down then maybe yes.

Q: What type of plastic? are they made of polypropylene? should be labeled “pp” in the bottom if so.

Pretty clear. I can see straight through them
