Q: How long does this last once opened?

It depends on how much and how often you use it. Once, I gave it to him before winter to help build his immune system and another time I only used it when he had a cold. However, I did not take note to how long it lasted. It may have gotten me through the winter, if not half of the winter but again it depends on how often you use it. Great product.
