I’ve been using this flaxseed regularly, and overall it’s a solid, reliable product. One of the biggest pros is that it’s organic, which is important if you’re trying to keep your diet clean and free from unnecessary additives. I also like that the seeds are sourced from the USA or Canada, which gives some confidence in the quality and standards. It’s easy to incorporate into daily meals—I usually add it to smoothies, oatmeal, or mix it with other ingredients, and it blends in pretty well while adding a nice nutritional boost. On the downside, the grind could be a bit finer. It’s not overly coarse, but I’ve had other brands that are more finely ground and mix more smoothly into liquids. Depending on how you use it, you might notice a slightly grainy texture. Overall, it’s a high-quality organic flaxseed with good sourcing, and a great option for everyday use—just could benefit from a slightly finer grind.

This is a fabulous bag of ground flaxseed. I am enthusiastically delighted to continue having this on a daily basis. So far, the quality is fantastic and fresh. If you've never had ground flaxseed, then expect a soft, earthy, walnut-like taste and texture.

Very pleased to find this product at such a great price. It arrived on time and in tact and the flaxseed looks and tastes great. We were getting our flaxseed in bulk from a grocery store that is kind of out of the way. We would buy several containers at a decent price, but would always fail to notice when we grabbed the last container from the pantry and it seems like we run out every time and have to go without until we can get over to that specific store. Other grocery stores carry flaxseed, but it is always so expensive. I decided it was time to look online and was pleased to come across this product. Spectrum is a brand that I already trusted and I am very pleased with the quality of this product too. Since it is a large quantity in a single pouch, we will always know when it is time or reorder. We add ground flaxseed to a lot of different things. I first started using it years ago in my fruit smoothies and noticed an improvement in my skin. Whether or not it was related, I'm not sure, but my skin has been clearer ever since. Not only do we add it to smoothies, where you do not even notice it is there, sometimes I add it to eggs, rice, oatmeal, and other things. You can cook with it or add it at the end and mix it in. We meal prep our lunches for the week every Sunday and my husband mixes it into his lunch. I mix it into the sweet potatoes that I put in my lunch too. Flaxseed has tons of healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, which are great for your body in many ways. Even though you can mix it into your food and not notice it, I think it has a pleasant flavor. I was able to actually receive this on the same day I ordered because another product I ordered qualified for free same day delivery through Prime. Amazon will bundle multiple orders together if they are at the same warehouse and this must be stocked locally.

It seems good. It tastes good. It looks good. It seems fresh. I didn't feel bad when I ate it. Let's hope it is good for me. I had to put it in a separate airtight container and put it in the refrigerator because the seal on the original packaging failed the first use. I give it 4 stars because of the package not the flaxseed.

Very delicious taste! It goes with cereals to any favorite dish, can be mixed with almost everything. Have been using it for quite a long time now, flaxseed seems to be of very good quality and it is also produced in the United States of America. Great choice, will definitely buy again. I do recommend this product!
