Nice Health Benefits
I knew aloe vera juice could be good for you, but never realized how it could improve your health--until a friend from church told me how it helped her. It's great for some digestive issues apparently. I started taking it because I'm prone to indigestion (wimpy gallbladder and leaky gut). It has helped with nutrient absorption as witnessed by my nails growing quicker and longer without adding any other vitamins. I actually like the taste, but others may hate it. It's not a perfect cure-all for me like it was for my friend's issue, but I can say it has definitely had some positive effects so i will keep taking it!

Healthy for you
I use this every day - I take one shot. It is so healthy for you. The taste is fine - no bitter or after taste. I have purchased bottle after bottle

Not what I wanted
I thought this would help with chronic constipate.. it did nothing. No laxative effect and no ease in going. I even chugged 8oz at once to no avail. I didn't care for the taste either. It wasn't pleasant. I stopped buying it. I won't put hase again. That's not to say it won't help others, but it did nothing done me.

Underrated Gem for Health
Barbara o neill talks about aloe vera juice for leaky gut. I had chronic urticaria (daily, hourly hives with no tAmazon. For 6 months. Someone said it's leaky gut so I bought this. The first day there was a 30% reduction in hives, the next day a 50% reduction until 2 weeks later I finally went down to only one benedryl a day and 2 weeks later I was off the benedryl and off the aloe vera juice.It tastes like paper to me but I did 2 ounces on an empty stomach twice a day. There was one time the bottle came opened in shipping but if you can't get to gnc to buy this then this is the best brand aloe vera juice on amazon.

This is a small bottle with a big bottle price
The product is great, but I forgot to check the amount of ounces. I could have bought this product for half the price elsewhere.
