Perfect pants. They are designed to be worn against the skin with a disposable pad which I use. The 2 inch size differences on the item make it easy to get a good fit, meaning they aren’t baggy if you don’t want them to be.Please measure your hip size, as these are sized that way!Worn with a pad they are perfect for my bladder- being urine loss. The PVC material is very soft and can be worn against the skin with no issues. I wear both day and night and they are both discreet and comfortable to wear. I do wear close fitting for a better seal and they are perfect. They are quite hygienic with an antimicrobial coating.The pants are very easy to wash, I wash in the shower, obviously no dry cleaning or heat, so don’t dry on a radiator! Use a light towel to dry off excess water and hang to dry.Before I forget, they are nice and strong also!
