Q: Does anyone seem to have the same problem with caking? As soon as I open the container this stuff cakes within a day or two.

You need to keep the small cardboard in the container. It does cake, but not that much.

Q: How many grams of creatine are in this, it looks like 2, so i can still take 3grams post workout but i need to know so i don’t kill my kidneys.

It is a proprietary blend, so the exact amount you aren't going to be able to get a definitive answer on. With that said, I can tell you that if you take an additional 3 grams (which I recommend taking post-workout) you aren't going to destroy your kidneys. An Animal rep also recommended that if someone was seeking to add additional creatine with Rage XL that they recommend taking 3 grams post-workout (this was in the Animal forum). I recommend using Universal Creatine Monohydrate (Universal is the parent company of Animal) which uses Creapure brand creatine monohydrate (very pure and digestible). Another alternative is stacking your Animal Rage XL with Animal Pump (DO NOT take the red stimulant capsule in Pump when stacking with Rage XL) - or stack it with the Animal Pump Pro powder which is stimulant free. As always, I am not a medical professional and this is not intended as medical advice.
