Especially during exercise, and definitely if you have any disorders that affect your breathing (asthma, COPD, CHF, etc.), use this with caution. This covers my entire diaphragm, making it harder to take deep breaths. Obviously, I'm not dumb enough to tighten it to the point I can't breathe, but even just slight pressure can affect you. I would advise people to avoid using this while performing any task that significantly increases your breathing rate and depth, such as jogging or cycling, and to use caution any other time you wear this.

I got this for my wife. Her low back has been bothering her when she does things around the house. She likes to use it due to its pain relief. As a chiropractor, these lumbar support braces help keep a busy person active and able to do things!She said the only thing she doesn’t like about it is it is a little to thick so wearing it under clothes is difficult, it’s kind of bulky.

I’ve been experiencing lower back pain which I believe comes from sitting too much while working from home. I ordered 4 different back braces and this one was the first to arrive. It was delivered the very next day. As soon as I received it I put it on and immediately my back pain went away. I was not only able to increase my daily steps to beyond my 10,000 goal but I woke up the next day with absolutely no back pain. This brace helps me to sit and stand with great posture. I’m not sure if it will be unnoticeable underneath clothing but since I work from home I don’t mind wearing it on top of clothing. My only issue is that I have to take it off to sleep which is really not an issue. It just feels so great when wearing it that I tried to sleep with it on but could not get comfortable. I’m just thankful that I woke up with no back pain. I highly recommend this brace. I’m 5 feet 5.5 inches and 170lbs. The Large fits just right and I can tighten it for the pressure needed.
