Awesome
The blender pitcher works. We were disappointed a lid did not come with it.

Not dishwasher safe
I ignored the packaging warning and began washing the blender pitcher in the dishwasher. Big mistake. The blade mechanism on the bottom rusted shut, and I needed to purchase a replacement pitcher. Handwash only, do not submerge in the water.Love the blender for smoothies though.

Very Cheap Blades, Not Like Original Pitcher
The blades and thus pitcher are terrible. They can’t handle ice at all. The original pitcher that is advertised as a replacement for has two sets of sturdy blades, and can tear through ice perfectly. This replacement pitcher has only one very cheap set and is useless for anything frozen. Don’t buy it.

Don’t buy this.
You wasted your money to buy the cup, because it’s not working. Only you buy the whole thing. My machine is ok, the original cup was dead. So, I bought it. Don’t buy it.

Pitcher
This is my second replacement pitcher…The first one disintegrated..What a piece of junk…The only reason I replaced the pitcher is because the motor is still good…….
