Q: I have a large Bernadoodle will this work for him?

It will work on your dog however, dogs first need training in the basic skills of sit come, place, and loose leash walking. You need training in the use of the e colllar or you risk making your dog fearful, reactive or aggressive. it is much better to enroll your dog into a training class. we use the e collar for long distance recall, and training for off leash walking.

Q: I want to Add a second collar to my mini educator where do I purchase for an additional dog?

There are currently no offers for additional collars on Amazon. You would need to contact the manufacturer.

Q: none of the buttons do anything how to reset or make them work?

Hold down the largest button on the back of the remote then touch the red dot on the remote to the red dot on the collar. Lights should turn green on the collar.

Q: What about dogs under 15 lbs ?

There's a smaller version for smaller dogs. ME-330
