I've used this product for 6 weeks and I couldn't be happier. I'm in my middle 50's, in excellent health, but was extremely frustrated waking up 2 to 3 times every night to go to the bathroom. Even when I'd pee, I felt like I'd need to pee again. Additionally, I became obsessed about finding a bathroom immediately before a movie, dinner or just general activities...and I had to sit on the aisle every plane flight. If I "held it" I'd usually get a pain in my lower back, often causing me to feel crappy with almost flu-like symptoms. A few times it got bad enough that my doc gave me antibiotics which helped, but didn't cure the core issue. Two months ago, I had an awful time and everything suddenly got much worse. I decided to dig in and do a lot of research. I learned about beta sitosterol as well as saw palmetto and other products. After several days of research and talking with my doc and another doc friend, I started this regimen: 1) Source Naturals Mega Strength Beta Sitosterol - 1 pill 3 times per day; 2) Life Extension Ultra Natural Prostate Formula - 1 pill morning and 1 at dinner; 3) 8400 mg. Nature's Bounty cranberry - 2 pills morning and 2 after dinner. My experience: The first two days, I felt a bit off/weird (not better) and then had several days where I felt really great, thinking I was cured. But...this "great" feeling decreased during the next week where I was "improved" but was still having issues. Then....over the next several weeks there was a constant and dramatic improvement. The four key changes are: a) I now sleep completely through the night - unless I happen to drink a lot late in the evening; b) I can go about half a day without feeling the need to go; c) After I pee, I no longer feel like I still have to go; and d) I can "hold it" with no problem at all. I've also stopped thinking about going to the bathroom and my life is back to what I remember 10 or 15 years ago. I don't know if my regimen is overkill, but I'm so happy with the results that I'm not changing a thing. I took the time to write this because of my frustration in trying to find good info...so I hope this detail helps others who are experiencing similar issues. UPDATE: I've been following the same regimen for over a year now and I'm one happy guy. I talked with my doc last week and he was impressed (almost shocked) - actually wrote down specifics so he could recommend to others. The biggest life change is my ability to sleep through the night...but I also love that I don't have to pee as often during the day and even when I have to go, I can hold it easily for a couple hours with no problem at all.....

These are large capsules so be advised. There is a large amount of phytosterols per tablet. Good product.
