Hosa YPP-111 Y Cable, 1/4 Inch TS to Dual 1/4 Inch TSF

Good quality Y cable, Single 1/4" TS Male to Dual 1/4" TS Female. Perfectly balanced sound quality on both channels. I have an excellent quality JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 speaker, that has a 1/4" TS Jack to receive a dongle to control two wireless JBL microphones simultaneously. Using this Y cable, I can connect the speaker with two dongles the same time, hence control four wireless JBL microphones simultaneously. Inexpensive but perfectly effective solution to double the number of microphones at the Karaoke party. It is made in Taiwan. Very happy with the purchase.

Held up for a number of years under light use plugged into my guitar. Eventually broke likely due to wire fatigue. The overmold is not well designed for preventing wire fatigue from bending. It looks the part but offers no give in any direction. I used to design similar overmolds and test them and this one would have failed. But, it was very cheap and lasted so I’m still giving it 4 stars. If they redesigned the strain relief they could save money on material and have a better product though.

This allows me and my grandson to play at the same time through the one amp we have.

I purchased 2 of these and connected them so that I could plug in the bass guitar to only a single place and it would be split and go out simultaneously to two amplifiers and a computer interface. It is simple and works great. It is all mono. I was fortunate enough to not have issues as other reviewers mentioned as these are not flakey. Contrary to that is that they have very good connections and are built well. Just being curious, searched for and I could not find a stand-alone box type splitter that would do the same thing and be completely mono. What was available are all overpriced and overly complicated for what was needed here. This is simple and it works great. I would highly recommend this Hosa YPP-111 1/4" TS to Dual 1/4" TSF Y Cable!

Rating a functional accessory probably not my thing however, Amazon said if I rate 7 in a row they will tell me a joke. The connection piece works fine. It’s a good brand I may have been able to buy it cheaper elsewhere however I remained loyal to Amazon. I have way more positive experiences with Amazon than negative experiences. Products are delivered in good time. Hope that helps.
