This is a very good product; I have used for many years. And while, I ordered two bottles - my order was cancelled. And despite follow-ups I have not received a credit. My note was "undeliverable " Be wary when ordering this product.

I love Bruce because it not only revitalizes my floor it also glows with a fantastic shine.

box arrived dripping wet one bottle of cleaner had loose lid and was sidewise in the box empty of contents too much trouble to return for refund box fell apart empty bottle had been disposed in trash This was a very bad experience. I think it was unfair to ask me to return this mess. I ask for one bottle of replacement cleaner or partial refund but apparently that was too much to ask . What good is a money back guarantee if you receive such a drippy mess and are required to return it in order to get compensation?

I've loved Bruce Hardwood and Laminate Floor Cleaner for years now, simply because it is easy to use and leaves no streaks. I have laminate wood floors throughout my house and love the way the floors shine after I use Bruce Floor Cleaner. I won't use anything else.

I recently purchased the bruce cleaner for my hardwood floors on the recommendation of family members who swear by it. It does do well in cleaning the floors. However the packaging is horrible when it comes to shipping. The original bottles arrived ans the shipping boxes were soaked. Upon opening, we found that the bottles were intact, but not tightly closed and thustom, spilled about half their contents by the time it was opened. I will say that there was no problem whatsoever in obtaining a refund and getting a new order shipped. I was very happy with the response. Unfortunately, the replacement bottles arrived and the boxes were once again wet. The at least one of the bottles once again had leaked , but on a much smaller scale. I really didn’t think there was a need to return it again since there wasn’t much gone, but i do feel that there should be something that could be done to help prevent this from happening. I will probably continue to use the product, but hopefully I will find somewhere to purchase it locally instead.
