For this price it was good. Of course not enough brandy/rum for that heady taste from 'soaked in rum 'sultanas and fruit ,and also in the maida mix. Not enough butter or oil to stop it crumbling. One solution is to soak the cake in some extra rum and serve.

Flavour: Good.Freshness: Good.Quality: Good.Taste: Good.The pictures shown in the description about the product is nowhere close to the actual product.However the cake by itself is good. It is much better than normal plum cakes.The issue I had with this cake was that....when you try to cut the cake it will invariably break up because the raisins used in the cake have not been cut into small pieces so when we try to cut slices of the cake it will break up.
