Olga Women's Sheer Leaves Minimizer Bra

Wife's response - This is a great bra to follow the Olga Sheer Tapestry minimizer bra. I couldn't find the Olga Sheer Tapestry bra. They must not be made anymore. I searched for months to find a replacement. I even went to several stores to shop for bras and try them on. None ever fit very well. I measure a 34D, but it seldom matches how the different kinds of bras fit. I took the risk and tried this one. I first tried the 36C. Around my torso 36 worked well. The C cup was too small. I ordered the 36D and it fits beautifully! The wires sit perfectly behind the breast tissue. It supports around the sides nicely, and doesn't cut in. The smooth lines from profile view are perfect. I don't like a bra that makes me look like I have 2 bowls on my chest. It a nice smooth line down the front. I really like how it feels all around. After I returned the wrong cup size, I purchased 2 more of my size. I tend to stick to the styles I like best.

Having tried several brands/makers of various bras (and being dissatisfied with each for different reasons), I discovered this Olga bra. Search is over! This bra does not bind, straps do not dig in or slip, and there is no nasty extra padding in the cups. VERY comfortable, but you do have to accept that the straps are not the thinner ones on most other bras. I don't mind that at all. Recommend going up one band size. I'm generally a 36C but ordered 38C and that makes for a more comfortable fit, with no tightness around the chest. Cups are adequately shaped/sized so there is no "wrinkling" or "empty space". Breasts don't bounce when I walk, as used to happen with a couple of other well-known brands. Washes beautifully. I put this and the other ones in laundry lingerie bags, set the machine on the gentlest no-spin cycle. Press them gently with a towel, then place them back into the lingerie bags to gently dry in drier. They are so comfortable that I donated the other brands (all in new to very good condition), and bought several of this Olga style in beige, black, white, and gray. Would love to get the red but have not located in my size yet. Try one, see what you think, and you can now return to nearest Kohl's, where they'll package and ship back for you, FREE! But you just may not want to.😊

I really like the fit. The lace is a bit scratchy in places. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn’t recommend it. I do wish it was less shear, but I knew that from the pictures.

This is my favorite bra.. I’ve bought I guess 30 or 40 of em.. they feel good, they fit good and they look good.. thanks.

It has been years since I’ve purchased a bra that fit and be so comfortable I felt like I wasn’t bothered by the straps, or underwire. This bra is true to size and made well. I plan to purchase from this vendor again.

Update 6/2///23 - I just returned a new one I bought because one strap was sewn on twisted so that the strap does not lie flat. I actually wore it, and kept adjusting it - so annoying. Then when I got home I laid it out flat and saw that the right strap was sewn on the wrong way so that it twists. Had to return it. Wondering if they sell defective, manufacturer defects here. Perhaps that' why problems with sizing as well. i purchased two olga sheer leaves in 2016, one in the french toast and one in black french toast 36 DD. They fit beautifully. I loved this bra. It iminimizes and is very comfortable and pretty too. I just purchased the same size and couldn't even fasten it this time. At the same time I also bought the Olga butterfly minimizer in the same size, 36 DD. The butterfly model fits well and I fastened it on the tightest hook. I read another reviewer this month who purchased the same size in the sheer leaves model and she had the exact same problem. They have changed the sizing of this bra, at least for the 36DD. I reordered it in 38 DD, and it fits, also snug but it fits well.

I bought this Olga Sheer Leaves minimizer bra with underwires in February 2023 from Amazon. It was my second Olga bra of this model number 35519. I purchased my first Olga model number 35519 from a brick and mortar store about 4 years ago. Both bras are in colors black and French toast, and both are size 38D. The first bra was wonderful, as it fit comfortably and provided excellent separation between the cups. It still does, but it is showing wear and tear which is why I ordered this second bra. (I do have several other bras of different brands I wear, but this model in Olga is my favorite) Here is the problem with this second bra I purchased from Amazon last year: The underwires extend too far past the cups causing irritation and a rash. At first I didn’t see the problem- I only felt the discomfort. But I finally put my first-bought Olga bra next to this second-bought and compared how they are made. I saw immediately that at the underarm side of the first bra there is about a thumb’s width space between the end of the wire and the end of the stitching where the wire was inserted, which allows comfort where that part touches my skin near my underarm. On this second- bought bra, the wire extends all the way to the stitching where it had been inserted. There is no thumb’s width space allowance. Therefore, that part of this bra rubs my skin raw. Over the year, I have tried several different solutions such as padding this seam, stitching the seam with extra layers of thread, opening the seam and cutting off a thumb’s width length, and applying a bandaid to my skin where the wire rubs - all to no avail. I now have removed both wires - we shall see how that works for me. Overall, I have decided that the manufacturer, or perhaps a different manufacturer, is not making this Olga 35519 with the same quality as they did formerly. I’m disappointed in this second bra so I gave it only one star. I know many of you after reading reviews will ask where the product was made. My first bought bra label states “Made in Thailand”. My second bought bra label states “Made in India”. See photo: I overlapped the two wires I removed so you can see where I trimmed the troublesome wire.

I love this bra. Not only is it sexy but it is comfortable! It fits well and holds the girls in without a problem. I love the soft ( not scratchy) lace too. Great brand. Gorgeous bra.

Sizing chart is accurate. I used to always wear this Olga brand when I lived in California and have been unable to find suitable bras for larger breasts here in England. Fit is very flattering but underwire cuts in a bit on the sides. I ordered two colours.
